MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

Will Bashor is the author of the award-winning "Marie Antoinette's Head: The Royal Hairdresser, the Queen, and the Revolution" and "Marie Antoinette's Darkest Days: Prisoner No. 280 in the Conciergerie." Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Will has a master's degree in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. He has also written articles for the Huffington Post, Age of Revolutions, BBC History Magazine, France Today, and Carine Roitfeld’s CR Fashion Book.

Lisa Natasha Wetton Founder of Equilibrium SL, certified Holistic Coach at New Lisa Life, Practitioner and Facilitator with over 25 years experience leading Creative Workshops. Lisa will be leading meditation sessions during our workshops to support the creative writing process. As an NLP Coach and Access Consciousness Practitioner, she will provide guided visualisations to focus and align our energies into the writing sessions. Lisa facilitates positive change in a simple way. Her focus is on aligning mind-body-spirit with the ethos that “It’s all about Balance, Alignment and Flow.”

ZENERGIZE™️ Class beginning on Thursday 6th February as part of an 8-week course with Lisa. 

You can now sign up for 4 weeks Outdoor practice during the month of March.

Qigong based Energy Practices with moving meditations to align your mind-body-spirit. The first 4 weeks was Indoors in Terrenal Espai Studio in Poble Sec, Sitges, followed by 4 weeks outdoors as we take our practice into nature.
