MEET the team

Collaboration and Community are important aspects of how we operate. We love to create events and work in collaboration with exciting and diverse creative people from all walks of life. Some of those people hang around and we work more closely together over time, developing ideas and supporting one another along the way. Here’s a bit of info about those who tend to stick around.

All our collaborators are independent creators in their own right
“To be aware and present with each other at work is to create an environment where everyone can thrive.”

KATIE THOMAS

Little Paper Towns - Partner and collaborator

With over 20 years of SEO and web designer experience, Katie and Lisa found each just after Covid, and knew their paths aligned on a musical, wellbeing and business level, a rare thing to find!

Katie has worked in the UK prior to moving here, building websites for smaller businesses. She was one of the very few women in Digital when it all became a “thang” back in 2004! She has trained many businesses in best practice SEO and Social Media planning, implementation and strategy over the years, including the NHS, corporate ISP’s and many white-collar companies and young digital agencies.

Having lived in Ribes since 2018 with her family and animals, it became apparent it was time for change; and so Little Paper Towns was born. A website aimed at those living abroad to find sustainable and healthy providers as well as wellbeing and wellness practitioners in their local town and nearby areas.

With a huge love of music, and the impact it has had on her life, through all the ups and downs, Katie’s collaboration with Equilibrium has just begun.
