Lisa Natasha Wetton - Founder of Equilibrium Events

Lisa Natasha Wetton (aka Lisa Life)

BA (Hons) Creative Arts / ABNLP, TLT®A, ABH Certified Coach, Access Consciousness Bars and Body Process Facilitator / Movement Practitioner.

Lisa Natasha Wetton is the Founder of Equilibrium Festival and the driving force behind New Lisa Life. Based in Sitges, she brings almost 30 years of creative and event production experience to the world of holistic wellbeing.

Equilibrium Fest launched in 2021 at The Institute of the Arts, Barcelona, with 50+ holistic practitioners, 7 studios, and 22 wellness stalls. By 2023, at Neàpolis in Vilanova i la Geltrú, it had grown to 25 stands and 25+ workshops covering yoga, dance, meditation, nutrition, and energy practices, plus a dedicated children's studio.

Her path here spans continents and disciplines. A 1997 Creative Arts graduate, Lisa spent a decade as a performer and choreographer before founding community arts company Physically Speaking in 2007, creating the UK's first 360° dance film and speaking at Whitehall on the Art of Collaboration. From 2010, she spent ten years producing events for Wonk Productions, including 86 themed parties, 7 micro-festivals, and 5 community events. A move to Cyprus brought four Wonk Cyprus holidays and a career pivot from university lecturer to Energy Coach and Holistic Practitioner. In Barcelona from 2018, she launched Wonk Barcelona before stepping back to focus on wellbeing.

In 2014, Lisa founded ZENERGIZE™️, a combination class drawing on 15 years of Lau Gar Kung Fu training (BKFA), over a decade of Qigong and Tai Chi, and advanced stage combat training in 5 weapons and unarmed combat (BADC). She is also a Certified Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, ABNLP registered and accredited Coach, ABH Hypnotherapist, and TLT®️A Timeline®️ Therapist.

In 2022, she founded Equilibrium Fest SL, bringing every strand of that journey together.

It's all about balance.

In 2025, Lisa stepped back in to lead all events, uniting music, dance, qigong, and therapies under one vision, anchored in our core values:

Joy. Balance. Connection.

Lisa is also a writer and regular contributor to the English pages of L'Eco de Sitges. After a period consciously committed to 'being' rather than 'doing' through autumn and winter 2024 into 2025, she reignited her passion for writing and completed the first edited draft of her book, It's All Made Up: Raw Reflections of a Working Class Woman, currently in refinement for publishing.

Today, Lisa is a Coach, Therapist, Workshop & Retreat Facilitator, Writer, Event Organiser, and Life Celebrant.
